Registration

For this Conference, the following fees apply:

* To qualify as a student, the delegate must present a valid student card. A copy of your valid student identification card must be submitted at the time of pre-registration. You will also be asked to present your student identification card at the registration desk on-site.

Normal and student registration fees include:

• Submission and presentation of up to two papers;
• Attendance at all sessions, documentation, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner.

One additional paper per presenting author will be allowed for an additional fee of 75€

Registration deadline for inclusion in Book of Proceedings: April 29, 2022

Payment of Conference fees can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. All conference attendees must register, completing the registration Document (which you can found here)

Please download the document, fill and save and send it to congressos@essenciacompleta.pt as detailed in the registration document.
Upon request, a formal letter of invitation to obtain a Visa to enter Portugal may be issued by the Organization. Please contact us through the email provided congressos@essenciacompleta.pt

Cancellations: The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation. However, you may indicate at any time a substitute presenter, provided that the conference secretariat is informed in advance.
